What Do We Do
We develop resilience attributes in children early! Resilience is essentially an outcome that occurs from empowering individuals with the coping strategies to face and overcome adversities with short- and long-term optimistic outcomes. To facilitate resilience building in children, it is essential to develop cognitive coping strategies that assist with the development of the prefrontal cortex. This is the area of the brain that houses resilience-based attributes.

What Is Resilience
Resilience is defined as the individual’s ability to cope, adapt and perhaps even eventually thrive having faced or encountered adversity. We use Dusty & Friends along with the Rainbow resilience tree, to conceptualise resilience in child friendly and engaging manner.
