Our Point of Difference

Our program is linked to seminal resilience theory. This means that when you review any academic papers around resilience, you will see a very close alignment to what the experts (researchers have deemed resilience to be) and what we offer. This is very important to ensure you truly do offer the benefits t s of resilience training to your students.

Our programs are independently evaluated. This means we have subjected our program to an unknown independent evaluator who is an expert in education and psychology. Our program received a high commendation.

We specialize in the Kindergarten to Year 2 cohort, and the pedagogy (design of our program) targets this area specifically with high levels of engagement and education. This age group is highly influential and considered the best age group to target for early intervention and prevention.

Our CEO has spent 20 years in the Health and Education system at University i ty level- We keep a very close eye on the research ( that includes the Do’s and Don’ts of resilience training) because, in short, you can get this very wrong when NOT done properly.

We get results – We can honestly show how our program will change the way young people behave for the better.

We are versatile – Our models use education and sports to develop resilience in children

Our models are sus tainable- Our motto is to EMPOWER- in short, we will train you to be the experts for your clients. This is the best way to achieve sustainable behaviour change across large organisations.
